Carlos Pereira Rodrigues, aka Carlitos (born 5 December 1981 in Cantanhede), is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Associação Naval 1º de Maio in the Portuguese first division, as a right defender.
Carlitos began playing football with local amateurs U.D. Tocha, moving in 2001 to Associação Naval 1º de Maio, then in the second division, where he eventually gained club captaincy.
In 2005–06, both Naval and the player made their debuts in the top division; Carlito's first game was a home fixture against national powerhouse F.C. Porto, and he played the full 90 minutes in a 2–3 defeat.
